I've always enjoyed making others laugh. In 2023, I found a way to get certified to do just that. I was fortunate enough to learn from Dr. Madan Kataria, creator and founder of Laughter Yoga. Having the chance to share the lessons and experiences learned with my students is endlessly rewarding. The world of laughter yoga offers all of us a unique chance to connect with ourselves.
